Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Macrunner. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
01The service
Macrunner runs your macOS and iOS build jobs on dedicated Apple Silicon hosts, connected to your GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines, with a fresh virtual machine per job.
02Your account
You are responsible for your account, anyone you invite to it, and your API tokens. Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
03Acceptable use
Do not use Macrunner for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, and do not attempt to disrupt the platform, other customers, or third parties.
04Subscriptions and billing
Runners are billed per plan, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Charges recur until you cancel; changing your plan prorates the rest of the period. Taxes may apply.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; standard plans have no minimum commitment. Fees already due are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
06Your content and data
You keep all rights to the data and software you run. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service, and you are responsible for what you run on it.
07Availability and support
We operate the runner fleet on best-effort availability and provide support by email and in-app chat. Any uptime commitment or service credit applies only where separately contracted.
08Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform and its software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect.
09Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; you may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.
12Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact: [email protected].
